AHIMSA ROUTINES

The routines below are perfect if you want to flow and move to your own rhythm without being tied to the pace of a class or at-home video. I have created a selection of sequences so you can roll out your mat and discover your inner teacher.

RESTFUL SLEEP 

Flexible

This restorative and restful practice is perfect for winding down at the end of a long day helping prepare the body for sleep. Make the practice as long or as short as you need to unwind.

FULL BODY FLOW

60-90 Minutes

A sequence designed to get the whole body moving through it’s full range of motion and creating some internal heat whilst strengthening and stretching our whole frame.

Sun Salutation – A

Flexible

This routine is great for warming up before your full yoga practice. It’s also a perfect morning practice to get the juices flowing and energize yourself for the day ahead.
