AHIMSA

Meaning “Non-hurting”, as put forth by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras.  To me, Sammie, it means creating a safe and nurturing space in which you can learn and grow without fear of injury. I aim to bring Yoga to students that is grounded in the safe alignment of the body, functional anatomy principles and yogic philosophy, culminating in a practice that is about honouring the mind, body and soul.
